A note to my September calculus students

June 30, 2011 Leave a comment

Please e-mail me a note. (check the end of year handout or a precalc calendar for my e-mail address). I don’t know if we will use e-mail or on-line resources during the school year, but I would like to collect your addresses, in case.

Sorry for not having considered this earlier. But for those of you who don’t see this, or see it late, no harm done; we won’t be doing anything with them before school is back in session.

SAT Math Level 2 Prep

The College Board’s book is cheap ($10 at Amazon, you’ll probably find it in a bookstore). It is thin (just two practice tests), but that’s ok

If you want more problems, you can try Barron’s. (also cheap, $8 at Amazon). Might not be a bad idea if you are actually going to sit for the exam, but it is more than I require.
